Gradually compress the suspension, controlling the tension of the hose between the chain stay and the caliper.
During full compression, if the hose is tight, it's necessary to adjust its position in order to have the correct length.
Loosen the chain stay hose passage using the 2.5mm Allen key.
Loosen the hose passage at the bottom of the down tube with the 2.5mm Allen key.
Pull the hose a few centimetres from the down tube towards the back of the bike.
Pull the hose a few centimetres from the chain stay towards the calliper.
Unscrew (1/4 turn) the screw that holds the hose connection to the caliper using the Torx T25 wrench.
Align the connection parallel to the seat stay.
Tighten the hose connection.
Tighten the hose passage through the chain stay.
Tighten the hose passage through the down tube.
If the hose touches the spokes in its curve, remove the brake caliper using the 5mm Allen key.
Rotate the caliper one full turn, clockwise, to change the curve of the hose.
Install the calliper and adjust the position so that the pads do not touch the disc.
Tighten the 2 screws with the 5mm Allen key.
Check one last time by compressing the suspension.
Re-inflate your air shock, or refit the spring.
